Dean Pollock
Dean began in the motor trade as a valeter and understood the importance of good presentation before becoming a fully qualified mechanic to manufacturer standards which gave him useful knowledge and experience before progressing to sales. Dean's career in sales began in 2007 supplying new and used Volkswagen to retail and fleet customers before becoming involved in solely used cars and commercials of all brands also. Dean has his eyes firmly fixed on the technologies of modern vehicles, and will be keen to speak to any customer regarding hybrid, electric and modern vehicle infotainment systems.
Jason Pollock
Jason also began in the motor trade as a valeter, gaining useful experience before becoming an assistant in the parts department and finally progressing to sales. Jason's career in sales began in 2010 and includes time with Mitsubishi, Toyota and Honda in both new and used sales to retail and fleet customers. Jason is no stranger to travel, with many of his past farming and business customers benefitting from Jason taking the time to visit them at their farm or business premises. Pollock car sales operate from our new premises with comfy offices for a unique and relaxed experience, you can also view our range of cars and commercials on display outside, or during adverse weather or dark evenings, they can be viewed inside.
What to expect when purchasing from Pollock Car Sales
Dean and Jason at Pollock Car Sales prepare and present all vehicles to a high standard, allowing them to be driven away immediately, we have a number of processes in place to make this simple and convenient for all our customers. Initially each vehicle is checked over mechanically and any servicing or preparation is carried out to ensure it is safe and ready for the road. Also when a customer chooses a vehicle that suits their requirements we can provide finance packages with electronic signing facilities for immediate release of a vehicle. We also have facilities for Drive Away insurance cover to take the hassle and delay out of changing your insurance cover, this also allows you some additional time to shop around for a cheaper insurance cover. All paperwork and documentation can be completed in our offices and followed by a thorough handover and explanation of your vehicle when you are ready to drive away.
After the purchase of your vehicle from Pollock Car Sales
After your purchase we would like to keep in touch with you, when your vehicle is due routine servicing, MOT preparation or general repairs we can organise these at a time that suits you. Many of our customers benefit from having a servicing plan for their vehicle, this prepays their services and helps manage the running costs of your vehicle. Our servicing plans are purchased with your vehicle and can also be included in the monthly cost of any financing package.
